Dr. Moses seemed busier than normal. I felt my appointment was rushed.
Patient | February 7, 2017

will not recommend this provider. It appears he has to many patients to care. I would rate him a 0 on personality.
Patient | February 4, 2017

I may recommend this provider to others, but with his availability being so limited and far out, the challenges I've experienced with some nurses via secured messaging, the challenges of reaching this particular provider's actual nursing staff via telephone same day, and the limited availability to see him on a clinic day without residents, this would make me hesitant to recommend him to some of my friends who need more attention.
Patient | January 29, 2017

Patient | December 19, 2016

Patient | November 16, 2016

Dr. Moses is, in my opinion, a superb physician. He knows his specialty, goes the extra mile in coordinating my care with other Vanderbilt physicians, is compassionate and caring, and listens to me. I recommend him to all MS patients I know.

Patient | November 14, 2016

Patient | November 12, 2016

I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Moses to others with NMO and/or MS. If given the opportunity, I would have scored Dr. Moses "Exceptional" in all of the areas marked "very good" above. Because he is an exceptional provider. (As for explanations regarding tests or procedures, this was not a part of this appointment. In the past, he has been "exceptional" in this area as well.)
Patient | November 1, 2016

Patient | October 31, 2016

Patient | October 17, 2016

in 15 years I have not experienced this care from Dr Moses- I completed a drug study in June 2016 and at the appointment he asked what medication I was on for MS. I was also asked if I knew my vitamin D was low -- that was the most recent communication I had on the portal and trying to call the office to get a prescription called inI am/was having very bad eye twitching and pain in my legs. I was told my meds could not be increased but I could try other over the counter options - but I don't know how much to use

Patient | August 20, 2016

Late one time due to a traffic issue. Doctor very irate about it.
Patient | August 16, 2016

I completely trust him as a doctor but as I stated in the earlier statement about the clinician/ group, don't have confidence in reaching him if I really have a medical issue needing immediate attention. I felt like my problem wasn't an issue to be attended to immediately. I just needed a phone call or a message and got silence.

Dr. Moses spent time listening to news I had to share and MS conferences I had attended.

Patient | May 28, 2016

Dr. Moses is a good doctor but his staff does not follow up for him. If you call or E-mail questions there is a long time in getting an answer and then it is not complete.
