Dr. Zaida was great - she treated me like a smart adult and I feel confident she can help me.

Patient | March 30, 2018

She was interested in thyroid but no follow up on diabetes & getting Rx filled took over a wk due to questions abt #'s.
Patient | February 27, 2018

waited for 45 mins to see her and had a 5 minute appointment. discussed still having symptoms but no regard for that. my TSH levels continue to increase, yes they are in normal range, but I'm having issues that went away when my levels were lower. will be looking for a different provider that is willing to listen and help me address the medication to alleviate my symptoms. all I got from her was the lab results stating I was in normal range and to continue my medication as directed. disappointed that I feel I have not been listened to.
Patient | February 26, 2018

When my dr an I discussed a thyroid consult, I asked for a physician with an integrative approach, willing to run full thyroid panel, include symptoms in treatment plan, be willing to consider natural products like dessicated thyroid, etc. but got a "all anyone needs is synthroid" response which is not acceptable or helpful to me as Synthroid does not work on me. Have been on hypothyroid trt for 20 yrs; referred for consult because of change in lab tests.

I moved to TN a little over a year ago and was apprehensive about finding a new doctor since I had been with mine in IL for so long. However, I feel very comfortable with Dr. Zaidi and have the utmost confidence in her.
