Patient | August 1, 2017

The reading materials he gave me we VERY POOR copies. The introduction said to read them over a few times, yet the pages were cut off and out of order, and some were missing as content did NOT follow from one page to the next. Some of the information was good, but ultimately useless in that many things were missing.
