Dr Felch is always calm and friendly, explains exam findings, including any vision changes. We had in depth discussion about cataract surgery and he provided all the information and answered all my questions.

My reluctance to recommend Dr. Felch is based SOLELY on my inordinate wait time in the PAST MANY years. My confidence in Dr. Felch is 1,000 per cent, as evidenced by my continuing to come to him for YEARS IN SPITE OF THE LONG WAIT TIME, which is never mentioned or apologized by the staff. An apology would have gone far in "soothing my ruffled feathers"!!!!!

As previously stated, I really think highly of Dr. Felch. He first hears your concerns and addresses each question making sure that you leave with a clear understanding of any issues or concerns raised with him. Also, there is minimal wait before seeing him. A great experience!

Spoke mostly to his assistant in unknown jargon, M.D. reserved, friendly, seemed in a hurry. Did not ask questions! Very routine (to him)...or make many comments i.e. condition of my eyes, any concerns, etc...disappointing.

I respect and trust Dr. Felch which is very important considering my diagnosis as glaucoma suspect. If I did not have confidence in him I would seek another doctor. He cares for three generations of my family and my husband now has an appointment with him.
