She was very rude, she didn't listen to my questions or concerns. I was sent to get the same repetitious injection that I was given in Jan, Feb, March, & April of this year. After I told her they didn't work.

I would not recommend this provider to anyone. She lacks bedside manners and doesn't listen to her patients. I picked up my medical records to help her have a clear picture of my health, and she didn't want to see them. 10. She didn't want to listen to anything.

Ms. Helton demonstrated w/one-way communication telling me only what she had to say & not allowing me to explain my concerns. Her exact words to me where "if you are already thinking about what you are going to say then you are not listening to me." IO have never felt more disrespected than I did with her at a doctors office.
