SOmehow my appointment EAR pain and loss of hearing turned into an appointment about tinnitus which was not my problem. He responded to me with snarkiness and rude. We did not discuss my hearing or pain. 1. He told me I Just needed to meditate.

Very personable and warm. Spent a lot of time explaining what my situation looked to be and remedies and walked me down the hall as we exited, which I noticed he did with all his patients. That's a very informal and comforting interaction that I can see is very appreciated. I sure did.
