Wait time and lack of explaining reason for wait. No reason we should spend 2 hrs. 45 mins. in office for routine eye exam!

No one was in a rush. Everyone took what ever time needed to explain and ansewer questions. We flew in from Wyoming for a second opion prior to having eye surgery. My biggest fear was we would be pushed through the visit without understanding everything, not the case! My 14-year old son and I both commented about how much more we now knew about his eye condition. Thanks

she was stern with my father in law when he tried picking him up which I liked because she needed to be looking at his eye instead of turning around and him not being in the chair. but she was quick with the exam which was nice but she was also thoughrough and got the job done despite my child acting a mess. was great with him he's 1
