Patient | June 28, 2017

He did not even look at the report I gave him concerning 1week's monitoring of blood pressure. He seemed to be very anxious to leave - never sat down and his hand and body motion was always toward the door.

Patient | May 15, 2017

IN THE PAST MONTH I HAVE AHD 2 SITUATIONS WHERE THE PROVIDER MADE A DECISION AND LET SOMEONE ELSE NOTIFY ME. THE FIRST WAS WHILE HOSPITALIZED HE PLANNED TO USE DEFIBULATOR ON MY HEART THE DAY AFTER HE JUST HAD. NURSE WAS ONLY ONE THAT TOLD ME. AND THEN AFTER FOLLOW UP VISIT WHERE HE INCREASED 1 MEDICATION TO TWICE DAILY AND SCHEDULED ME BACK IN 2 WEEKS, HE EVIDENTLY DECIDED I NEEDED TO GO SEE A CARDIAC SURGEON AND NEITHER HE OR HIS STAFF NOTIFIED ME. I RECEIVED A CALL FROM A APPOINTMENT SCHEDULER IN THE SURGEONS OFFICE. WHEN I CALLED AND SPOKE TO NUSE AT DOCTOR ANDERSON'S OFFICE SHE WAS CONDESENDING AND RUDE AND OF NO HELP.

Since this was our first encounter, it is difficult to properly or fully evaluate our patient/physician relationship. I do not have any concerns or anticipate any problems.
