I like Dr. Ross, but he seemed very rushed on my visit.

I know that I have seen this provider for at least 17 years. Every time I get a physical, he asks if I know how my parents died (origin source of cancer) or if I can get their records. I delivered the records that I could get to him over 10 years ago, and he reviewed them. However, it feels like I am starting over every time I see him because he has no recall of reviewing the records.

Ever since the practice was taken over by Vanderbilt, I have felt that they are rushed to see a patient every 15 minutes. Thus, I don't experience the same sense of personal attention that I used to.
