Outstanding care by Lauren England who even called the weekend after the visit to check on me!!!
Patient | October 20, 2017

Laura listened and was concerned and apologetic about phone calls not being returned.
Patient | October 9, 2017

Dr. England is very personable, takes plenty of time with me and is probably the nicest physician I have ever encountered at Vanderbilt. However, I have had several issues with getting test results, or phone calls returned...I've been left sitting in the examining room after seeing her..waiting on her nurse to see me to release me from my appointment. I think she is a great doctor, but I feel like once I leave her presence, I get lost in the shuffle of things and people don't seem to know what they are doing. Seems like they aren't communicating with each other very well.
