Patient | October 17, 2016

My 2 last experiences were very disappointing. Perhaps he has gotten too much, or too many patients, or to many responsibilities. He cannot keep up with each one as he used to at the beginning -
Patient | September 27, 2016

Has went out of his way to correct a problem, or talking to insurance carrier.

I understand that detachment is a necessary coping skill, but when you are telling me you think my breast cancer has metastasized, don't fob me off on another oncologist and tell me you won't give me any information on my prognosis or likely treatment regimes, it goes beyond detachment into disregard. I greatly appreciate expediting my tests, biopsy and continued care. Also, silence your phone when you are meeting me. I know, I know, you are in charge of the clinic program and really busy with stuff at the hospital. But when you are sitting with me in a treatment room, you only have one job and one patient.
