Patient | January 9, 2017

Dr. Jackson is the friendliest, most compassionate, most thorough, and most skilled medical professional I have seen in the past 2 years since the on set of my problems. I have seen more than a dozen MD's and others, inside and outside the Vanderbilt system. Dr. Jackson is simply THE BEST.

Physician had disrespectful comment directed to me upon entering treatment room.
Patient | October 12, 2016

Seemed to be rather hurried. I questioned the effectiveness of this ablation shot the last 3 times. I've gotten no relief. Dr. Jackson said, "we can just cancel it - but no helpful conversation followed. I have had only fellows give this treatment.

I had written reports and CD's for previous MRI, myelograms, etc. She neve looked at. She offered no solution except to talk about a program that will start in January. She refused to due acupuncture. This is the WORST visit I have had w/a specialist.
