Dr. Sharp suggest using ice packs & Aldere for breast pain. That was a great alternative to prescription pain meds - and it worked fine.

Dr. Sharp was in & out very fast. He did speak to me & said a few words - then he was off rushing to the next patient. In total about 30 seconds -> 1 min. max.

Dr. Sharp is direct, no-nonsense I'm OK with that. He's a specialist & only deals w/breasts. Some of my friends want compassion & aw... honey, etc. #6. No meds.

I wish I got a better explanation of what I could do and not do after sugery. The general no lifting, pushing, pulling was not clear. I would have preferred him say no cleaning for 4 weeks making it specific to my life.

Dr. Sharp is always very brief - busy rushes in & out like a tornado. I get his personality after 10 years now - He's a good surgeon & that's what matters.

All he said was I was fat & obese I know I am kind of overweight but I am not that big & obese. He would not operate on me due to I'm overweight - Lose weight and come back later another Vandy. dr. sent me to him

Dr. Sharp must have known once he read the short summary I sent (which contained a description of my problem and the cause) and looked at it (even briefly) the medical records I also sent at the time I made my appointment that he could not help me. Yet, he let me make a 360-mile trip for a meaningless (and no doubt expensive) appointment. IMO, this is both inconsiderate and lacking in common sense. The letter I received prior to my appointment said I would receive a ?comprehensive evaluation?. Believe me, in my mind, there was nothing comprehensive about my brief appointment. It would seem the only reason I had this appointment was so I could be charged.
