Ground EMS

LifeFlight Ground EMS started in the fall of 2011, and works with the Discharge Transport office to transport patients from Vanderbilt Univeristy Medical Center to other facilities.

The LF ground fleet includes:

LF 21, a 2008 Chevrolet Type i Ambulance (diesel) manufactured by Wheeled Coach
LF 22, a 1993 Ford E-350 Type III Ambulance
LF 23, a 2010 Ford F-450 Type III Ambulance, manufactured by AEV
LF 24, a 2011 Ford F-450 Type III Ambulance, manufactured by AEV
LF 25, a 1999 International Type III Ambulance, refrubished by Select-Tech
LF 26, a 2016 Ford Transit Type I Ambulance, manufactured by AEV
LF 27, a 2016 Ford Transit Type I Ambulance, manufactured by AEV
LF 28, a 2016 Ford Transit Type I Ambulance, manufactured by AEV
