Therapies Available

Craniosacral therapy

This very light hybrid of massage and energy work focuses on the head and spine. It seeks to relieve congestion of the spinal fluid and provide deep relaxation.

Lymphatic drainage

This therapy involves a light pumping action designed to encourage the proper movement of lymph fluid throughout the body. Lymphatic drainage helps reduce inflammation after surgery and relieve swollen ankles and joints. It also detoxifies the body and boosts the immune system. It is the recommended treatment for lymphedema.

Myofascial release

By using long, gentle stretching strokes to release muscular tension, this therapy seeks to restore balance in the body by releasing restrictions in the fascia.

Neuromuscular therapy

Using deep, fingertip pressure on specific points of the body, neuromuscular therapy relieves tension and pain in soft tissues.

Reiki master

Reiki is a massage technique, which includes energy work to help balance the body’s energy centers. This massage technique is deeply relaxing.

Swedish massage

Swedish massage is a technique using five basic strokes to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and relieve muscle tension.
