Massage therapy is available to Dayani members and clients referred for medical reasons. Massage therapy is available on Thursdays only.
This very light hybrid of massage and energy work focuses on the head and spine. It seeks to relieve congestion of the spinal fluid and provide deep relaxation.
This therapy involves a light pumping action designed to encourage the proper movement of lymph fluid throughout the body. Lymphatic drainage helps reduce inflammation after surgery and relieve swollen ankles and joints. It also detoxifies the body and boosts the immune system. It is the recommended treatment for lymphedema.
By using long, gentle stretching strokes to release muscular tension, this therapy seeks to restore balance in the body by releasing restrictions in the fascia.
Using deep, fingertip pressure on specific points of the body, neuromuscular therapy relieves tension and pain in soft tissues.
Reiki is a massage technique, which includes energy work to help balance the body’s energy centers. This massage technique is deeply relaxing.
Swedish massage is a technique using five basic strokes to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and relieve muscle tension.
30-minute session: $50
60-minute session: $85
90-minute session: $115
Payment is due at time of service. We accept most forms of payment: cash, credit/debit and personal checks. Checks should be made out to the Vanderbilt Dayani Center.
Please notify the Dayani Center at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend an appointment. Late arrival will result in a shorter appointment.
