The Vanderbilt Charcot-Marie-Tooth Disease clinic serves patients with inherited neuropathies from Tennessee and across the Southeast. We offer a multidisciplinary approach that includes clinical neurology, electrodiagnostic testing, genetic counseling, physical therapy and consultation for orthopedic surgery. We have a very active research program as well as a basic science laboratory, both of which advance our mission to better understand and treat CMT.
Please ask your primary care doctor to make a referral to our CMT clinic. Your doctor may call (615) 322-7246 to make an appointment. Our scheduler will ask that your medical records be faxed to (615) 936-1263. We'll review your documents, and the scheduler will call you for an appointment.
