Call 24 hours in advance on all refill requests to ensure medications are in stock. Some medications can take several business days to receive from the manufacturer if not in stock in the pharmacy.

Prescription Assistance

If you need prescription assistance, the Partnership for Prescription Assistance can help. The partnership’s goal is to help qualifying patients who do not have prescription coverage get essential medications.

Patients who contact the program will need to have available the following information:

  • Age
  • State of residence
  • Zip code
  • Estimated gross annual household income
  • Number of people living in the household
  • Brand name of the prescription medicines that they are currently taking or have been prescribed
  • Information about any health insurance and/or any type of prescription coverage for which you are eligible
