Nashville ranks as nation's second-hottest city.

Expansion Magazine, a monthly business magazine for site consultants and executives of companies actively looking for a place to expand or relocate their facilities in the next one to three years, has named Nashville the second-hottest city in the nation in its annual survey.

The consultants based their decisions on the following criteria: business climate, quality of life, operating costs, incentive programs and willingness to work with local political and economic development officials.
