(1) If the class starts within the next 3 weeks, call 615-322-7065 for availability. (2) Registration will not be confirmed until payment is received. Course fees must be paid three weeks prior to class. Course slots are not guaranteed beyond fee deadline. (3) Registration within one week of class will result in a 5% increase in course fees. Refunds will not be issued for student cancellation within 10 days of scheduled course. Course cancellation by LifeFlight will result in full refund.
