Vanderbilt LifeFlight can provide your agency/facility with a desktop or wall mount direct access telephone. The purpose of this telephone is to provide a clear, easy and direct way to access Vanderbilt LifeFlight for the request of air medical transport.

This standard sized desktop/wall telephone will immediately connect with the LifeFlight Communications Center as soon as the handset is lifted from the receiver.
This direct access telephone can be used to by EMS agencies and 911 centers to request scene flights and by hospitals to request interfacility flights to any appropriate health care facility including ALL major Nashville hospitals.

If at the time of your request all LifeFlight aircraft are currently on missions, the LifeFlight Communications Center will continue to facilitate your request by contacting another air medical service for you.
