Nutrition for Health (Level I)
Are you interested in learning to eat healthier? Want to explore how food can increase energy, promote healing, and improve your overall wellbeing? In this course, we will focus on an approach to wellness using healthy food. Learn valuable information about food and nutrition with a focus on seasonal, local and nutritionally dense foods. In each class, you will learn tips and techniques on how to apply this often overwhelming information to your life.
