Cassandra Threalkill is the Center's Patient Services Representative (PSR).  She began working for VCIH in the summer of 2008.  As a PSR, Cassandra anticipates any customer's needs and works with customers to meet them without being asked.  She performs all check in/out and scheduling duties.  Cassandra also assists practitioners with scheduling and handles the front office administration.  Her background is in customer service, cosmetic sales, and hospitality.  Cassandra enjoys working with people and helping others is important to her.  She is a proud mother of two beautiful girls, Keziah and Zoe.  Her passion is spending time with family and friends and enjoying life, which is truly a gift from God.  She is thankful for the opportunity to be a part of the team and supports the mission and vision of the Vanderbilt Center for Integrative Health.
