Leslie serves the Vanderbilt Center for Integrative Health on many levels and different functions.  She has been an employee of Vanderbilt since 2005 and with VCIH since 2007.  Leslie performs many duties which include administrative and clinical services for the center's administrator and practitioners.  She also serves as the center's Insurance Verification Specialist.  In this role, Leslie verifies insurance information, evaluates patient/guarantor assets and liabilities to determine ability to pay and ensures all unusual cases are reported appropriately to supervisor.  She also ensures quality, consistency, and effectiveness of all marketing communications and acts as a liaison for special events and programs.  Leslie has found the interpersonal skills that were part of her backgound in outside sales account management to be a great asset to her current role at VCIH.
