Emily Epstein, Activities Coordinator


                                 
As the Activities Coordinator for VCIH, Emily Epstein has many roles from administrative to teaching.  Her main role as movement class coordinator is to maintain the center's mission to offer therapeutic and healing programs.  Emily supervises, coordinates, and develops programs as well as teaches therapeutic yoga.  Part of her responsibility is handling the schedules and registration for events, workshops, and retreats.  Emily also designs and prepares promotional materials and manages the VCIH website.

Emily's inner journey began in 1999 in Thailand as a Peace Corps Volunteer.  She has practiced meditataion and many different styles of yoga.  She completed yoga training with Ana Forrest and has continued her learning with Ana, Gary Kraftsow, and Jim Bennitt.  In Emily's class expect to be challenged in a loving and nurturing way, exploring the breath and movement through alignment focused sequence to deepen your awareness and create a sense of inner peace.
