The Body and Trauma

(Approved for 7 Continuing Education Units)

 A day-long program designed for clinicians who wish to learn more about body-centered approaches to healing and incorporate them into their practice. We find this work especially helpful for patients who are dealing with the emotional and physical impact of trauma. Methods include mindful breathing, cultivating presence and intuition, body awareness, and energy practices.

Specifically designed for psychotherapists, therapists in training, and nurses.
