Making an Appointment 

You may make an appointment with an individual practitioner at the Center for Integrative Health directly. If your insurance requires a referral from your primary care provider, we will help coordinate the paperwork.

Payment Information

We accept cash, check or credit cards for all services provided. We also have contracts with many insurance companies. Integrative health consults and physical therapy are covered by most insurance and a referral form is required.  Please check with your insurance company to see if other services are covered under your policy.
