Physical Therapy

Physical therapy is used to help patients recover from injury and illness by developing, maintaining and restoring movement, flexibility and strength; finding pain relief; and recovering the ability to perform everyday activities.

Physical therapy has been found to improve back and neck pain; spinal and joint conditions such as arthritis; sports- and work-related injuries; and neurological conditions such as stroke and multiple sclerosis. We treat patients with chronic pain through hands-on techniques such as Myofascial Release and Cranio Sacral Therapy.

Physical therapy always requires a referral and is usually covered by insurance. Please check with your insurance company or primary care physician for details about coverage.
