Monthly Reflection

Work when there is work to do.  Rest when you are tired.  One thing done in peace will most likely be better than ten things done in panic.....I am not a hero if I deny rest;  I am only tired.

Massage Therapy

Our massage therapies include: neuromuscular, craniosacral, myofascial release, and classic swedish massage. In each, a therapist works one-on-one with a patient to manipulate the muscles and connective tissues of the body.

In addition to facilitating an enhanced sense of well-being and relaxation, massage can be associated with decreased pain, relief from migraines and fibromyalgia, enhanced healing of common muscular ailments and lowered levels of stress, anxiety or depression.
