Jeffrey Landman, M.D. – Chairman, Founder and Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Landman brings a wealth of education and experience to the enterprise with over 25 years in radiology. His extensive resume includes a B.S. from University of Michigan, and a Fellowship in Neuroradiology at Emory, and many successful business ventures. His “people first” approach combined with his expertise in radiology makes him a great doctor and leader.

John "Jake" Block, M.D. - Medical Director

Dr. Block serves the dual role of being head of the MSK team at Vanderbilt Radiology Department and also serving as our medical director. He trained at University of Oklahoma's College of Medicine. His special interest lies with musculoskeletal radiology.

 John D. Ross, M.D. -Outpatient Imaging Section Chief

Dr. Ross received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis. He is Assistant Professor of Radiology and Radiological Sciences and serves as Section Chief for Outpatient Imaging Services. His patient care emphasis is Neuroradiology.
 

Brenda Swift - Associate Director, Department of Finance, Vanderbilt Health Services, Inc.

Ms. Swift has been with the enterprise since inception. Her background is in finance and accounting. She currently serves as a Corporate CFO/oversight of the joint ventures. She also serves as a Board member for Vanderbilt Imaging Services, Board of Directors Secretary for Cool Springs Imaging, and Board of Directors Secretary and Treasurer for Vanderbilt-Saint Thomas Imaging.

Pam Douchane, CPA - Practice Director/Finance Officer

Pam recently joined the enterprise from Vanderbilt’s Home Health. She brings an extensive background in accounting and finance. Although she is a "numbers person," when you hear her talk, you will know she puts the patient first. Her care and concern for our patients is evident in her leadership.

Rachel Higgins - Enterprise Technical Manager/Clinic Operations Manager

Rachel has been in radiology for over 20yrs. starting as an X-ray tech, Cardiac Cath lab tech, Mammographer and most recently certified in CT. She says the most important part of her job is creating teams that understand the outpatient imaging business, teams that strive for excellence in quality imaging and patient care, with the sole purpose of providing excellent service to our patients and their physicians.

Hope White - Sr. Billing Manager for the Business Office

Hope has been in healthcare business management for over 20 years working on accounts reimbursement, coding, and insurance contracts. She says the most important part of her job is to be sure all charges and payments are posted in a timely manner while providing great customer service.

Kacey Shinton - Enterprise Front Office Manager

Kacey has been in the medical field for over 10 years, using her Bachelors degree in Management and Human Relations to provide excellent customer service and patient care. Her goals are to provide a successful, friendly work environment for her staff while at the same time creating a place where patients have a great experience. She wants patients to trust us with their healthcare needs.
