Precertification Services
Our insurance specialist is happy to verify insurance or obtain pre-certification for you. Please send faxed copies of the patient's primary and secondary insurance card, demographics, diagnosis, history, and clinicals to (615) 936-5343.
Reports
Vanderbilt provider offices will receive a report in StarPanel between 4-24 hours. Additionally, all referring offices will receive a faxed hard copy.
Images
One Hundred Oaks Imaging images are sent directly and viewable in Vanderbilt PACS typically within one hour of the scan. We will provide your patient with a CD of the images if requested or if they are immediately going back to your office.
The PACS Administrator for our clinic is Michael Gunter. He can be reached at mgunter@newlightimaging.com.
Scheduling
Simply call (615) 936-3606 and our friendly staff will take care of you. Typically we will have a same-day appointment available depending on the study.
Comparisons
Please remind the patient to bring any previous MRIs or mammograms to their appointment so that we may use it for comparison.
