Precertification Services
Our insurance specialist is happy to verify insurance or obtain pre-certification for you. Please send faxed copies of the patient's primary and secondary insurance card, demographics, diagnosis, history, and clinicals to (615) 463-3187. Insurance direct phone numbers are (615) 577-4095 and (615) 577-4056.
Reports
You will receive a faxed report in 4 hours from 8am - 1pm. If interpreted after 1pm you will receive the report the following business day.
If you are associated with Vanderbilt Medical Center, images will be loaded into VMC's PACS system within 24 hours. Reports will directly link to PACS and STAR panel.

Scheduling
We are happy to contact your patient to schedule an appointment. If you would like us to do this, please note this on the test order form along with patient's contact numbers, demographics, insurance information, (clinicals if we are doing the pre-certification,) and the date of the patient's follow-up with your office.
Comparisons
Please remind the patient to bring any previous MRIs to their appointment so that we may use it for comparison.
