What Makes Vanderbilt Home Care Special?
The nurses and staff at Vanderbilt Home Care hold more degrees than most home nursing staffs. Collectively, our staff holds 139 degrees. 25% of these are advanced degrees. In addition to nurses, our staff includes:
- behavioral health
- rehabilitation professionals
- financial and reimbursement specialists.
We are trained to provide a quality and level of care that promotes health and independence. And we work in a variety of environments and situations.
Our Community Involvement
When it comes to compassion and sensitivity to the needs of others, the Vanderbilt Home Care team goes even further. We are involved with charities, volunteer groups and civic organizations throughout the region. You'll find us working with:- American Red Cross
- Kidney Foundation
- Suicide Prevention
- Alzheimer's Association
- Nashville Rescue Mission
as well as others.
Many members of our staff serve on board of directors for such organizations as:

- Junior League
- Nashville Cares

- Vanderbilt University Medical Center Advisory Board
- Parkinson Association
- Mental Health Cooperative
- Tennessee Hospital Association
A large number of our staff are Sunday School teachers at their churches as well.
