Cardiac Rehabilitation
Vanderbilt Heart Signature Program
Cardiac rehabilitation is an important part of recovery after a heart attack. The program is designed to help heart patients recover quickly by using a wellness approach to help them rebuild strength and mobility. In addition, this program teaches patients lifestyle changes to slow or even reverse the progression of heart disease. This helps reduce the risk of another cardiac event or death.
