There are two ways to make a referral to Vanderbilt Heart.

Call the main number at 615 322-2318 or (800) 767-9192. Please have the following information available: patient demographics, diagnosis or symptoms, previous cardiac testing and /or surgeries and insurance information.
- 24/7 Access Center
Our nurses are able to handle transferring a patient or arranging urgent acess to Vanderbilt's Cardiologists & Cardiac Surgeons. To coordinate an inpatient hospitalization or transfer, call 615-343-9188 or 866-886-2478.
