Patricia Runsvold,  Administrative Officer
Pat is responsible for monitoring the Division of Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Metabolism total and component budgets, approving all transactions, reconciling ledgers, and handling personnel issues. She is responsible for preparing Division budgets, reporting personnel effort, etc. for non-competitive and competitive renewal applications.

Cheryl Baber, Manager, Administrative
Cheryl is responsible for analyzing, monitoring and reconciling Division budgetary data. She approves, enter, and reconciles transactions, as well as maintains equipment files.

Jan Hicks, Senior Executive Secretary
Jan is responsible for arranging all special events and lectureship programs for the Division, inclusive of the bi-annual Department of Medicine Grand Rounds and Endocrine Grand Rounds. She handles faculty appointments/reappointments, oversees the travel database and travel reimbursements for faculty and assists the Division chief in arranging faculty recruitment visits.

Suzanne Starr, Grants Manager
Suaznne is responsible for managing and coordinating the submission of all grant applications and progress reports for faculty members, fellows, and graduate students within the Division. She monitors the terms and conditions of awarded grants and contracts for budgetary and administrative compliance. She is the administrator for the Student Research Training Program.

Carole Williams, Administrative Assistant II
Carole serves as program coordinator of the Endocrine Fellowship Program as required by ACGME; oversees the Didactic Lecture Series maintaining CME files; and acts as a liaison for the Division with the GME office. She also assists in other general office duties of the Division as needed.
