This class works on increasing endurance and muscular strength all while helping you achieve your wellness goals. Level 2 Bootcamp invovles a mixture of strength training exercises using resistance bands, free weights and/or body weight exercises mixed in with small bursts of cardio to keep your heart rate up. *Space is limited.
*Classes will begin 7/8 and take place on Tuesdays at 5:30p.m.
Members: $40 for 8 classes
Nonmembers: $70 for 8 classes
