Squats
Traditional lower body exercise. Bend at knees close to 90 degrees with a straight back.

Lunges
One foot forward, one foot back. In a stepping motion squat down. Do not let your knee touch the ground and keep your back straight.


 

Side Squats
Take a side step and squat down not quite to 90 degrees.
