 Most insurance coverage requires pulmonary function test within the previous 12 months.

• Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis
• Alpha 1-antitrypsin deficiency
• Bronchiectasis
• Cystic Fibrosis
• Brochiolitis Obliterans Organizing Pneumonia (BOOP)
• Lung Transplant (Candidates or Recipients)
• Asthma
