David Maron, M.D.
Dr. Maron is the medical director at the Dayani Center and provides medical oversight for all clinical programs. He received his B.A. from Stanford University, where he received recognition as a Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholar. Dr. Maron received his M.D. from the University of Southern California, completed his Internal Medicine residency at UCLA, and completed his Postdoctoral Research Fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease Epidemiology and Prevention at Stanford University’s Stanford Center for Research in Disease Prevention in addition to his Cardiology Fellowship at Stanford University. He is Board Certified in Cardiovascular Diseases and Internal Medicine and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Clinical Lipidology.
Dr. Maron’s career is devoted to the application of evidence-based medicine for the prevention of coronary artery disease. He has written several publications regarding health related issues and preventative medicine.
