PTA Adrien (“Adie”) MacKenzie is also a licensed Massage Therapist with 27 years of experience. Originally from Los Angeles, Adie became fascinated with massage in high school; her clients have included film and television stars along with world-class athletes, musicians and record producers. Her massage work is praised in both Naomi and Wynonna Judd’s autobiographies.  Moving into the field of Physical Therapy has been a natural progression of her dedication to supporting her patients’ wellness and quality of life.
 
Adie is certified in Myofascial Release and CPR and is trained in Swedish, Neuromuscular, Lymphatic, Pre-natal and Cranio-Sacral bodywork. She is scheduled to obtain certification in Aquatic therapy and to train in Muscle energy techniques by the end of 2009. She is thrilled to be a member of the Physical Therapy team at The Dayani Center.
