The Consultation

The initial consult is a 60 minute visit which includes a complete nutritional assessment and establishment of behavior change goals. A registered dietitian will discuss with you your health goals and concerns, and will assist you in setting basic nutrition goals to help you achieve the outcomes you desire. The dietitian will also provide you handouts and a customized meal plan.

Individual 30 minute follow-up consults are available as deemed necessary by you and your dietitian.
 

Fees

• Initial Consult Cost                           $70.00
• Follow-up Consult Cost                   $35.00
• Nutrition Consult Package Cost   $130.00 (a $25.00 savings) includes an initial consult, a MedGem metabolic test and 1 follow-up consult.

 
* Visits for Diabetes Nutrition Counseling can be billed to your insurance with your primary physician's consult.
