Stress, Worry and Frustration Workshop

“If you don’t like something, change it. If you can’t change it, change your attitude.”
~Maya Angelou

How often do you “stress” and worry about situations that are completely outside of your control? How often do you beat yourself up or jump to negative conclusions about others? Although stress is part of life, our tendency to worry about the future (“What If?”) and dwell on the past (“If Only!”) can generate a great deal of unnecessary stress and frustration for us and contribute to a negative outlook.

The Vanderbilt Dayani Center offers Stress and Worry Management workshops for adults aimed at helping participants learn more effective methods of managing their stress, worry, and frustration.
