Understanding Cardiac Rehab

We begin with an initial assessment by a registered nurse (RN) and exercise physiologist. Our goal is to design education and supervised exercise tailored to each patient. As a cardiac rehab patient, you will be supervised by a team of professionals trained in cardiovascular health. In addition, Dayani offers a full range of individualized education, such as:

  • nutrition
  • stress management
  • diabetes education
  • risk factor counseling
