Personal Training

Do you have trouble making it to the gym?  Do you need someone to design a program for you? 
Do you need someone motivating you to follow it?

Whether you need individual attention for a few weeks or a few months, personal training may be for you. The Dayani Center has nationally-certified trainers who are experienced in working with all types of populations, from those recovering from illness or injury to athletes training for competitive events. Our trained staff can help you achieve the results you want by making workouts fun, efficient, and effective.

Personal Training Staff

Steve Youree, B.S.
Steve Youree received his B.S. in Exercise Science and is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer. He is experienced with the programs at the Dayani Center as before becoming a personal trainer, he held the position as a full-time staff member of the Dayani center. In that position, he worked as an exercise specialist in weight management and the Dayani Membership Program. He now conducts personal training sessions for Dayani clients. Steve is passionate about health and wellness and loves to work with all clients; however, his special interest is seniors and those trying to lose weight. He also has a great deal of experience in aquatic exercise.
Rate: $77/hour

Barbara Batson
Barbara Batson is a national presenter in the field of aquatic exercise and rehabilitation. She is certified through the Aquatic Exercise Association. She is also a program trainer for both NMSS and the Arthritis Foundation. While she works with people of all levels of fitness, she specializes in those with such conditions as arthritis, fibromyalgia, and multiple sclerosis, as well as those who are new to exercise or just returning to their workout programs.
Rate: $77/hour

Adriana Hermel
Adrianna Hermel has a Physical Education degree from the University of the Rio dos Sinos Valley in Brazil and is certified with the American College of Sports Medicine.  Her specialties include senior fitness programs, posture education, and post-rehabilitation programs

Fees

Individual personal training is $77 per hour.  Group personal training is an option, as well!  The total cost of each group personal training session is also $77, but can be split between you and other group members.  Group size can be as large as three (3) total participants.
