Vanderbilt Weight Management Workshop for Adults
The Vanderbilt Dayani Center for Health & Wellness, in conjunction with Vanderbilt’s Health Plus Faculty & Staff Wellness Program, offers a holistic approach to promoting healthy nutrition, physical activity, empowerment, motivation, and well-being.
A NEW Class starts January 31st at 5:30pm. This will be an evening class that will meet each Tuesday from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m.
Free orientation sessions will be held on Monday Jan 30th at noon and 5:30 at the Vanderbilt Dayani Center. This is your chance to learn more about the program, ask questions, and decide if this is the right program for YOU. Please plan to attend one of these two sessions.
We emphasize:
- Weekly Interactive and Supportive Class Sessions
- Individualized Workout Program With A Personal Trainer (two 1-hour personal training sessions PLUS regular access to assistance from our exercise specialist staff)
- 5-month Use of Our Fully-Equipped Exercise Facility, Walking Track and Indoor Pool
- Access To Exercise Classes, Such as Yoga, Tai Chi, Zumba, Body Sculpt, Dance, Pilates, Group Cycling & Water Aerobics
$495 for Vanderbilt employees (and adult members of their immediate family) and for current Dayani Center members and current Dayani patients.
