At the Vanderbilt Dayani Center we focus on helping you achieve optimal health and well-being. In essence, this is a healthy mind in a healthy body - a concept also known as “wellness.”
Our innovative programs are aimed at helping you make positive, healthy, and lasting lifestyle changes in order to enhance your physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Options include membership, group workshops and seminars, and individual services to meet your needs. These programs are open to all individuals. A variety of payment options is available, as is convenient parking.
