Get screened and know your risk for this serious health condition. A bit of early prevention could save your life.

The screening includes:

• Height and weight for Body Mass Index
• Blood Pressure
• Blood test for cholesterol, HDL and glucose

The testing takes about 15 minutes. You'll receive your results in 10 minutes after your tests. After the screenings, a series of seminars will be offered until 11:15 a.m.
