Terms of Use

The user of the Breast Cancer Genetics Referral Screening Tool (B-RST) agrees to the following terms and conditions set forth herein:

1. The B-RST will be used exclusively for personal, internal, educational, academic, and/or research purposes.
2. The B-RST (or any modification thereof) will not be sold or distributed for profit to third parties, or used for commercial purposes.
3. The B-RST (or any modification thereof) will not be disseminated to any other individuals or organizations (private, public, or commercial).
4. The B-RST is provided on an “As Is” basis and the user acknowledges no express or implied warranty of any kind.
5. The author of the B-RST and her affiliated institutions will be held harmless from and against any claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever resulting from its use or application.
