All hospital volunteers must complete or have prior documentation of the following:

• Two TB Skin tests (1 within the past 12 months and 1 within the past 3 months)
• "MMR"- Measles, Mumps & Rubella (2 since age of 12 months or 1 since age 18 years)
• Varicella Titer (lab report showing positive results or 2 Varivax vaccines at least 4 weeks apar)
• Hepatitis B (for selected assignments)

Note: We will refer non-undergraduate volunteers to the Vanderbilt Occupational Health Clinic for any necessary immunizations and will pay for these based on the fulfillment of the volunteer commitment.
